Hello! I'm Garth.
I have over 13 years’ of experience as a qualified massage therapist with Diplomas in
Remedial Massage and Sports Therapies.
In addition to being a skilled remedial massage therapist, I offer a wealth of experience from my other roles as a
Fitness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Clinical Nutritionist.
I specialise in sports and remedial massage treatments drawing on study over the years in a range of other bodywork techniques including Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Reiki.
Treating a wide range of clients over the years I have a keen interest in biomechanics and each body’s unique response to the variety of stressors experienced daily.
My massage work specialises in remedial treatments for a range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues with a focus on the cause and effect of an injury. Drawing on my multifaceted skill set I can address lifestyle factors, postural habits, activities, stretching and exercise prescription and correction among other factors to help prevent further injury and pain.
As a fitness coach my focus is to address the imbalances in the body that create restriction and weakness; develop strong functional movement patterns safely; and ultimately cultivate greater efficiency of movement, steadier balance, and a more dynamic posture.

My desire is to empower greater confidence and support optimal health and wellbeing for my clients through an approach which is tailored to the individual to include all aspects of wellness.
I have been a local of Mosman and Cremorne for over 20 years, however I grew up in the country near Bathurst. My wife and I with our young son regularly return to the farm for time with family.
I love the ocean and scuba diving but a piece of my heart rests always in the mountains. Hiking and exploring the wilds and submerging myself in the ocean keep me full. I stay fit by training in the triathlon disciplines –
swimming, running, and cycling; and my own regular strength training.
